Gluten-Free Grocery Haul

Hi Everyone! I hope your Monday is off to a great start! I thought I'd do a gluten-free grocery haul for you.  I've been eating mostly gluten-free lately.  I'm not extremely strict about it, and I don't have Celiac Disease, but I do have some different reactions to either wheat, gluten, or yeast that I'm trying to pinpoint. If you're interested in hearing more about these reactions, let me know in the comments below, and I'll do a separate post explaining them.  For now, here are some of the gluten-free products I've been purchasing, with descriptions in the captions.

I didn't grow up in a vegetarian or vegan home.
These actually remind me of the pork rinds my dad and grandfather would get as snacks when I was a child.

These are not labeled gluten-free, due to being processed on equipment with wheat.  But, they're fine for me to eat, being that I don't have Celiac Disease. I usually dip them in hummus.

I was really excited to find these brown rice pasta shells.  I'm usually only able to find rotini and penne at Trader Joe's.
It's nice to have some variety.  I purchased these on sale at Kroger.

I bought these protein powder samples at Whole Foods.  They are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.  I wanted to try small samples before I commit to purchasing a full size container.  I plan to mix these with either almond or coconut milk.

I eat these waffles before work, topped with fresh strawberries.  I love them! 
They are wheat-free, gluten-free, and yeast-free.

This cereal is my second choice for breakfast.  I actually eat it as a snack, too!  It's lightly sweetened. 
It reminds me of a waffle cone for ice cream.

I have heard so many good things about these Engine 2 brown rice tortillas.  I plan to use them whenever we have tacos for dinner, or when I want a vegetable wrap for lunch. Click here for more information about the Engine 2 Diet.
