It's that time of year again when I try to have a clementine or orange every day. Clementines are so easy to peel. I don't know if it's just in my head, but I think it boosts my immune system. I rarely catch a cold or the flu from my students. I sure hope this doesn't jinx it! I'm sneezing as I type this... ;)
